This will get your grip, traps, legs, and shoulders pretty good. I’d first start light until you can maintain position with heavier weight. Keep in mind that this is NOT meant to increase technical efficiency or strength but just a fun complex to increase work capacity.

Do these movements in order:
- Cl. Deadlift
- High Hang Power Clean
- FSQ
- Hang Clean (above the knee)
- Clean
- Press
- Split Jerk or Push Press or Power Jerk
